Essential Dressing

Sweet friends, isn’t it true that the magic of a praise-winning salad is in the dressing?  I have tried and tested this dressing not only on salads but also as a sauce over my vegetables before they go into the oven to roast, as well as my fish and meat dishes.  It is luxurious, fresh and has anti-inflammatory ingredients to keep the bloated feeling out of your gut.  This is the IT factor!

This recipe is so simple and is a great one to have in your back pocket for… well, almost any occasion. :)

Ways to use Essential Dressing: 

  • Salad Dressing: over your favourite salads of any sort
  • Sauce: over your vegetables before grilled, baked, fried
  • Marinate: meat & fish
2 servings | makes about 1/2 cup

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • grated lemon zest (use squeezed lemon)
  • 1 tsp sesame seed
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • chopped parsley to garnish

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir with utensil to mix well.
  2. Enjoy however you want!
