MEET OUR TEACHERS

Jules
Jules Sung first set her feet on the mat and became a student of yoga in 2004 and never looked back. She has since been teaching and sharing her love of yoga globally.
In 2010, Jules made her first destined trip to India and dove into the epicenter of what she believes to be the most profound form of yoga practice- Ashtanga Yoga, and that with the source himself, Guru R. Sharath Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute. She is a devout student of this lineage and returns to India annually to deepen her practice; Jules is an Authorized teacher of Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute.
Jules believes yoga is an inclusive, lifelong practice for everyone- she feels fortunate to teach yoga to whomever is seeking it.

Maja smatra da je joga za svakoga ko želi istinsku radost u svom životu. Svjedočenje promjene u svom tijelu, i sama vidi jasnije stanje čiste svijesti i osjećanje iskrene radosti – znala je od prvog dana da je otkrila nešto posebno. To je bilo 2013 sa Jules Sung. Inspirisana od Jules, dana otkrivanja joge, ona se pojavila i praktikuje svakodnevno do danas. Kao učitelj, ona njeguje prijatnu atmosferu u svojim nastavama, uočavajuci polaznicima na beneficije joge kroz fizičke aktivnosti kako bi podigli svijesti o sebi.

When I look at my life, with a distance of time, I see all those small moves and decisions that led me to the biggest and most important one , which is to move to Montenegro. In this beautiful country I met my teacher Jules, who also happened here, even though she was born and spent her entire life on the other side of the planet. Jules gave me the greatest gift, which is the practice of Asthanga Yoga, and for that I will be forever grateful to her. Yoga is a bond that builds up between body, mind and breath, and with daily practice, I really started to feel it, and thus to feel comfortable and relaxed in my body.
Over time, I was given the opportunity to expand my knowledge of Yoga, and with that came another gift, an opportunity to help others find peace and well-being on their Asthanga journey.
Yoga is a blessing to me and the immense gratitude I feel comes from the desire to share that gift with others – one breath at the time.
Kada pogledam svoj život, sa vremenskom distancom, vidim sve one male poteze i odluke koje su me vodile do najveće i najvažnije , a to je da se preselim u Crnu Goru. U ovoj prelepoj zemlji sam upoznala svoju učiteljicu Jules, koja se isto zadesila ovde, iako je rodjena i ceo svoj život provela na drugom kraju planete. Jules mi je dala najveći dar a to je praksa Aštanga Joge, i zbog toga ću joj zauvek biti zahvalna. Joga je veza koja se gradi izmedju tela, uma i daha, a svakodnevnom praksom sam to stvarno počela da osećam i samim tim da se osećam udobno i opušteno u svome telu.
Vremenom sam dobila priliku da proširim svoje znanje o jogi, i sa tim je došao još jedan dar a to je mogućnost da pomažem drugima da pronadju mir i blagostanje na svom Aštanga putu.
Joga je za mene blagoslov a neizmerna zahvalnost koju osećam proizilazi iz želje da taj dar podelim sa drugima- dah po dah

Semra
Kao instruktorka/facilitatorka, moja namjera je da vježbačicama i vježbačima dajem ono što im je potrebno. Kroz upoznavanje sa teorijom, tehnikama i nekim perspektivama, težim da im pokažem kako sami već posjeduju većinu oruđa koje im je potrebno da budu zdravi, ostvare dobrostanje, uspjeh i lične životne ciljeve.
