Ways to use Essential Dressing:
Salad Dressing: over your favourite salads of any sort
Sauce: over your vegetables before grilled, baked, fried
Marinate: meat & fish
2 servings | makes about 1/2 cup
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- grated lemon zest (use squeezed lemon)
- 1 tsp sesame seed
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- chopped parsley to garnish
- Combine all ingredients and stir with utensil to mix well.
- Enjoy however you want!
